Make sure you're aware of our rules before you bring your debris to our location. At GreenPoint C&D Processing Center, we take pride in offering nothing but the best in customer service.

We base our fees upon the tonnage of material brought to our premises.

  • Safety first! Anyone behaving in an unsafe or unprofessional manner will be required to leave GreenPoint. 
  • All persons and vehicles enter GreenPoint at their own risk. GreenPoint assumes no liability for bodily injury, personal injury, property damage, including flat tires while on GreenPoint property.  
  • GreenPoint equipment operators have the right of way on the active disposal area. All vehicles must yield to operating machinery and to pedestrians. 
  • Be aware of moving GreenPoint equipment and other vehicles and maintain safe following distance. Do not pass moving vehicles. 
  • UNAUTHORIZED SCAVENGING AND SALVAGING IS PROHIBITED. 
  • Cell phone use is prohibited when customers are on or beyond the scales. 
  • All children, pets, and adults not involved in the unloading of materials shall remain inside the vehicle at all times. Children under 16 and pets are not permitted in disposal areas. 
  • Restricted materials shall not be disposed of at GreenPoint. 
  • Smoking is not permitted within the facility area. 
  • Alcoholic beverages and illegal drugs are not permitted. Obviously intoxicated or impaired customers will not be permitted to enter the facility. 
  • Unauthorized access is not permitted outside of posted operating hours. 
  • Any unattended vehicles will be towed at the owner’s expense unless authorized by expressed written consent of the facility manager or their designee. 
  • GreenPoint assumes no liability for damage to vehicles and/or trailers resulting from the unloading of materials by GreenPoint Equipment when requested by customer, towing, and/or otherwise assisting disabled vehicles. 
  • No repairs or maintenance to customers’ vehicles are to be performed on GreenPoint property without expressed written consent by the facility manager or their designee.
